Obituary of Clare Margaret McCrink

Clare Margaret McCrink, 88 - Clare M. McCrink, (nee Hector) of West Orange passed away on Monday November 14, 2011 at her home. Funeral Services will be held Friday November 18, 2011 at The Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange, 340 Main Street West Orange, at 9:00 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of the Valley Church, 510 Valley Road in Orange. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover. Visiting hours will be Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Letters of condolence may be posted at danglerfuneralhome.com. In lieu of flowers please have a mass said in her memory. Mrs. McCrink was born in Newark and lived in Orange before moving to West Orange 55 years ago. She worked as a secretary for Ballentine's Brewery in Newark prior to having children when she became a full time home maker. She was a devoted mother who cherished spending time with her family Clare was the beloved wife of the late West Orange Fire Captain Joseph McCrink, and a loving mother to Colleen Nyman and her husband Larry, Taryn McCrink, Elaine McCrink, Linda Carchia, Sheila Martins and her husband Fernando and Joe McCrink and his wife Barbara. She was the loving sister of the late Lorraine Swanwick, Ruth Ochs and Edward Hector. Cherished grandmother of Christina, Michelle, Mike and Lisa.
