Viola Helen Smuda, 92 - Viola H. Smuda (nee Vecchione) of West Orange passed away on Friday June 17, 2011 at her home. Funeral Services will be private. Arrangements are by The Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange, 340 Main Street, West Orange. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The West Orange First Aid Squad, PO Box 412, West Orange, NJ 07052 Mrs. Smuda was born and raised in Orange living in West Orange for 60 years. She was a Landscape Artist, specializing in Boxwood. Mrs. Smuda was the beloved wife of the late Leo Joseph Smuda. Devoted mother of Diana L. Smuda, Albert E., Leo J. II and his wife Laurie. Cherished grandmother of Eric and Michael.
