Obituary of Veronica J. Gruchacz

Veronica J. Gruchacz - Veronica J. Gruchacz (nee Gola) of West Orange passed away on Saturday May 7, 2011 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Funeral Services will be held on Friday May 13, 2011 at The Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange 340 Main Street at 9:00 AM then to Our Lady of the Valley Church, 510 Valley Street in Orange for the Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover. Visiting will be Thursday 2-6 PM. Letters of condolence may be posted at danglerfuneralhome.com. Mrs. Gruchacz was born and raised in West Rutland, VT before moving to West Orange 70 years ago. She was a home maker. Mrs. Gruchacz was a member of the Our Lady of The Valley Booster Club, Past Vice President of the Rosarians, worked Bingo for 25 years from the day they started to the day they closed; she was a Lector, Commentator , Eucharistic Minister and a Cleaning Angel Crew Member. Mrs. Gruchacz received The Our Lady of the Valley Service Award for working in the parish and Jubilee Medal for service to the Parish and the Archdiocese of Newark Mrs. Gruchacz was the beloved wife of the late Benjamin Gruchacz. Devoted mother of Irene Gruchacz, Edward and John. Cherished grandmother of Christi, and loving great-grandmother of Jonathan and Liberty
