Mary Ellen Stone, 96

Mary Ellen Stone (nee Testa), 96 of West Orange passed away on Monday December 2, 2024.

Visiting will  be held on Wednesday December 4, 2024 from 9:00 to 10:30 at the Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange, 340 Main Street in West Orange followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 1 Eagler Rock Ave. Interment will be private.

Mary was born in Orange, the daughter of the late Carmen and Catherine Testa. She worked at NJ Bell as a Records Clerk in Montclair. Mary was a parishioner of Our Lady of Lourdes Church as well as Secretary for the Rosary Altar Society. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America and the Pleasantdale Seniors.

Mary was the beloved wife of the late Thomas Pace and the late Jack Stone. Devoted mother of Lynda Frantz and her husband Blaine, Catherine DeFilippis, Mary Ellen Alcock and her husband David. Cherished grandmother of Blair, Tyler, John, Danielle, and Matthew. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews. Mary was predeceased by 3 sisters and 1 brother.
