Obituary of James Steven Reitberger

James Steven Reitberger, 28 James S. Reitberger, 28, of West Orange passed away on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at his home in West Orange. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at The Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange, 340 Main Street, West Orange at 8:30 AM, then to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 1 Eagle Rock Ave., in West Orange for the Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery 225 Ridgedale Avenue in East Hanover. Visiting will be Friday from 3-9 PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in James' name to: West Orange PAL, PO Box 71 TCB, West Orange, NJ 07052. James was born in Livingston and was a lifelong resident of West Orange. He was a forklift driver, working for Veeco in North Bergen. James was also a self-employed Deejay known as "DJ Shamis", working in a vast amount of local clubs, and private events. He was a member of the Orange Elks Lodge #135. James was the beloved son of Anita Ricciardelli and James Reitberger and his wife Cindy Reitberger (nee Faas). Cherished grandson of June Reitberger and the late Anita & Frank Ricciardelli. Devoted brother of Dillon and Bryan Reitberger. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, loving family and countless friends.
