Anita Marie Lanfrank, 80, of West Orange passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Friday July 14, 2023.

Anita was born and raised in Orange before moving to West Orange many years ago.

She was the budget and accounting clerk for the Township of West Orange. Anita was feisty with a loving heart, who made everyone feel like they were “number one.”

Anita was the beloved daughter of the late Victor and Rose (Jandoli) Lanfrank, cherished sister of William Lanfrank, Anthony Lanfrank, Ricky Lanfrank and his wife Antoinette, the late Joanne Boud and her surviving husband, Tom. Loving aunt of Tommy, Billy Jr., Michelle, Anthony Jr., Matthew, Robert, Marissa, Alexa, and Eva, and many great nieces and nephews. She is also survived by many friends, including her lifelong friend Lynn Spero and family.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange, 340 Main St. in West Orange.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday July 20, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of the Valley Church in Orange. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Anita’s memory to Our Lady of the Valley Church, St. Jude’s Children Hospital, or ASPCA.
