Dear Mrs. C, Mike, Danny and Families,
It was such a fitting and beautiful send off to my friend and mentor. He certainly was looking down proudly on all of you as you represented him so well. Without question he touched so many lives and without any doubt he touched mine. Mike became like a second father to me after I lost mine some 22 years ago and he always was a shoulder to lean on or someone to kick me in the can if I was feeling sorry for myself. He played an important role in the man I grew into and I will always cherish my time spent with him, including our spirited phone conversations. May God continue to Bless you all and Thank you for sharing Mike with me.

Grandpa, you were the hardest working man that I ever knew. I would remember coming downstairs everyday during the hot 90 degree summers and I’d see you mowing the lawn and you never had a single complaint or asked for anything. You instilled a work ethic in our family that everyone should strive for.
I always loved talking about the Rangers and baseball with you and going out to lunch with you and Grandma. You truly were a generous, hardworking and kind soul.
Thank you for the memories, may God rest your soul. Love you Grandpa.

Boss, I miss you already. Childhood memories of picnics at Mayapple hill? sitting on the porch with my dad, rose motel vacations in the Catskills,”oh Happy Anniversary”, adult politics and Facebook jail!
You were one of a kind and you can never be replaced. We love you , you left your mark on our hearts. Watch over us and keep us safe , as I know you will! Until we meet again❤️

Dear Uncle Mike AKA "The Boss",
I am going to miss our conversations (solving all the world's problems) on my walks through the neighborhood. Stopping your meticulous landscaping for a quick break, we would chat and catch up...You would always find the humor in our crazy world, and we would laugh....It's not the same since you weren't able to go and work the land.
You have been a part of my family history for most of my memory. We have seen happy days and those that have brought us to our knees. You were there for it all.
My Dad said that you were " the hardest working man " he ever knew. Those words were not delivered lightly- especially from him.
You fought very hard and now you have earned your heavenly reward. There are many people waiting to greet with open arms.
You were the "salt of the earth" and achieved the American Dream.
The proof is in the family you created and leave as your legacy.
Rest easy, "Boss".
Until we meet again....
Love,
Maureen

You were the definition of hard work and grit. You came off the boat from Ireland not knowing what would happen next and you built the foundation for our family today. You never gave up during the fight. You are my namesake. You are my grandfather.
I loved every moment we spent together and I’ll never forget the memories we had. I love you so much Grandpa. May you rest in eternal peace.

Grandpa, I know you are no longer with us but you are in a better place now and will be in our hearts forever. I’ll never forget the times you and Grandma took me to Friendly’s. You would always take the paper from the straw and blow on it and Grandma would get mad while I laughed. I also remember when you weren’t a good listener and I would always say, You’re a bad listener, Grandpa!” But now, you can listen to God forever, we all love you so much and will never be forgotten. Love, Jack

Grandpa, you are not lost because lost means forgot and I will not forget the recalculating that you did or the baked potatoes you tried to order at the hibachi places.
