Dear Margaret and Pete ,
We don't have to tell you how much we loved Bob and Anne throughout the years, and had many a good laugh at our parties. We didn't realize your mom had also passed on.
We know how much the family will miss them.
As our driving has slowed a bit we had intended to be at the graveside. Evidently the eyesight must have also gone astray . After reading the obituary in the Ledger we were certain the funeral was on Tuesday 19th and were waiting at the cemetery until 1pm .
Finally i spotted one of the workmen who informed me it was yesterday the 18th.
We were looking forward to seeing you all and to offer our condolences . Please email your phone #'s so we can tell you how sorry we are to have missed you.
