My sympathies to Diane's family and friends. Dorothy and Vicki, you were there for her. I will miss Diane's daily emails, and our heartfelt family connections. I know she went to be with Jesus, and she's beautiful, and she's living forever in light, love, and Joy.

My condolences go out to your family. Diane and I have corresponded every single night for many years-I considered her my very best friend. I will miss her so very much -I already do. Since her illness began I haven't been able to "talk" to her as we always communicated online-and sometimes on the phone. She loved getting pictures of my son Andrew and he called her auntie diane on the phone. So if U find pictures of a brown haired brown eyed boy-that's my Andrew. His older brother Erik has blonde curly hair-U might find some of him as well. We have been friends since before she moved to place she last was and before she moved to place before that. I was there for her when her dalmation passed on as well as when she had to put down her cat and she has been there for me thru all my moments as well. Know she was loved. And she had deep faith in god.
Blessings and Prayers,
Kelli, Erik and Andrew

I only met you once when you and your Mom came to visit us in CA but I'll never forget the beautiful hand crochet gifts you brought and how nice you were. From that point on I would ask family members how "Irene and Diane" were doing. Now you are re-united in heaven, together forever. :-)
Your California cousin

We haven't seen each other since we graduated from West Orange Mountain High School in 1968 but I'm so glad we always had a connection via Aunt Ulie, Uncle Tony, Kathleen, Bunny, Jody, and Robin, which had begun in Edison Junior High. I know the Dominics loved you and your mother, and Jody still talks about your visit to California.
Through the years I kept up with your doings thanks to Jody, and I am devastated to learn of your passing. I'll always remember you as a friendly, considerate, thoughtful person who had a good heart. The West Orange of our youth no longer exists but in my memory you will always be young, kind, and compassionate. To my mind, there's no better way to have lived one's life.
Finally, Diane, may flights of angels sing thee to thy rest. . . and may you rest in peace, gentle soul.
