Obituary of Lena Guglielmetti

"Lena" Guglielmetti, 87 "Lena" Guglielmetti, 87, of Union passed away on Tuesday April 8, 2014 at her home. Visiting will be Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at The Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange, 340 Main Street, West Orange. Followed by the Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 1 Eagle Rock Ave, in West Orange at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Rosedale and Rosehill Cemetery, 355 East Linden Ave. in Linden. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Lena's name to Sage, 290 Broad Street, Summit, NJ 07901. Lena was born and raised in Newark, living there before moving to Union. She worked for many years as a seamstress and also worked at F & B Fine Catering in Bloomfield. She was a member of the PTA, the Rosary Altar Society as well as a Bingo at St. Joseph's Church, and a member of the Cha Cha Club in East Orange. Lina was the beloved wife of the late Louis J Guglielmetti. Devoted mother of Carol Gaeta and her husband Robert and LuAnn Guglielmetti and her fiancée Nelson. Cherished grandmother of Rebecca Andersen and her husband Kevin and Robert Louis Gaeta and Deana, Chris, Mark, and Jonathon.
