Maria “Mary” Parisi, 82

Maria “Mary” Parisi, 82, of West Orange passed away on Tuesday May 5, 2020.

Mary was born in Calabritto, Italy, moving to the United States at the age of 17. She lived in Newark and Bloomfield before moving to West Orange.  She was a saleswoman and seamstress, working for an exclusive women’s clothing store in  Montclair. Mary was very religious and faithfully attended church every week.

Mary was the beloved wife of the late Louis Parisi. Devoted mother of Donna Orlando and her husband Tom, and Joseph Parisi and his wife Gina. Loving sister of Lucy Megaro and her husband Mario. Cherished grandmother of Stephanie, Joseph, Gianna, and Jayson.

Due to the recommended safety measures caused by the Coronavirus, Funeral Services are being privately arranged by The Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange.  A celebration of Mary’s life will be held at a later date. Letters of condolence may be posted at danglerfuneralhome.com.
