Florence Nora Dandola, 91

Florence Nora Dandola (nee Del Plato), 91, of Boynton Beach FL, formerly of West Orange and Spartanburg SC, passed away on Monday March 19, 2018

Florence was born and lived in West Orange before moving to South Carolina and then to Florida. She spent her life totally devoted to her loving family.

Florence was the beloved wife of 69 years to Pat Dandola.  Loving daughter of the late Anthony and Catherine (Quigley) Del Plato. Devoted mother of John and his wife Pat, Anthony and his wife Susan, Cathy Valli and her husband Bob, Rosemary Shropshire and her husband Tony, and David and his wife Kathy. Cherished grandmother of Amy, Anthony, Kevin, Lisa, Gregory, Glenn, Lauren, Michael, and Patrick.   Loving great-grandmother of Annabelle, Madison, Claire, Jack, and James. Dear sister of Nora DeRosa, and the late Janet Carden, and Larry DelPlato.  She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visiting will be held on Friday March 23, 2018 from 2:00 to 4:00 & 7:00 to 9:00 PM at The Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange, 340 Main Street.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Florence’s name to; Susan G. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Saturday March 24, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 1 Eagle Rock Ave. in West Orange.  Entombment will follow at Gate of Heaven Mausoleum, 225 Ridgedale Ave, East Hanover.
