Sorothy Ann Egan,78 - Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday October 30, 2013 at The Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange, 340 Main Street, West Orange, visitation will be held from 8:30 to 10:30 AM , then to Saint Joseph's Church, Benvenue Ave. in West Orange for the Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Saint Theresa Cemetery in Summit. Dorothy Ann Egan was the beloved daughter of the late Joseph G. and Dorothy Helen (O'Connor). Cherished sister of the late Joseph W. Egan and Daniel, and sister-in-law of Martha Egan (Feula) and Jean Egan (DeVincentis). Beloved Aunt to Joseph W. Egan, III, and his wife Paula, Richard Egan, and his wife, Mary, and the late Dennis Egan, Daniel P. Egan, Jr., and his wife, Anne, Nancy Coletti, Susan Egan, William Egan, and his wife Lenore. Aunt Dot had no children of her own, but was loved by generations of children of the Egan family whom she helped raise. She was adored by her grandnieces and nephews Jenna, Joseph, Matthew, Timothy, Deirdre, Vincent, April, Vienna, Ryan, Cassandra and countless other extended family members. She will always be remembered as a sweet haven of unconditional love and comfort and joy by everyone who had the pleasure to know her.
