Edward Vincent "Eddie" Ambio Sr., 83 - Edward Vincent "Eddie" Ambio Sr., 83, of West Orange passed away Tuesday October 22, 2013. Funeral Services will be held on Friday October 25, 2013 at The Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange, 340 Main Street, West Orange at 11:00 AM. Visiting will be Friday prior to service from 9:00 - 11:00 AM. Interment will take place at Gate of Heaven Cemetery 225 Ridgedale Avenue in East Hanover. Eddie was born and raised in Staten Island living in Orange before moving to West Orange 48 years ago. Eddie was a supervisor with PSE&G in East Orange for many years. He was a member of the IBEW Local # 94 in North Arlington. Eddie was the beloved husband to Rita (nee Trezza) of 61 years. Devoted father of Edward Jr. and his wife Susan, Sarah Ambio, Carmine and his wife Linda and the late Patricia Ambio. Loving brother of Raymond Ambio and the late Rose, Patrick, Katherine, Louis, Grace, Mary, Frank, & Anna. Cherished grandfather of Jessica, Nicole, Sherrie, Anthony, Robert, Kayla, Gina, & Carmine Jr. he is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
